FAQ's
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
Absolutely not! Our memberships come without the confines of a long-term contract. Simply provide us with 30 days’ written notice if you wish to cancel your plan.
What happens if I need more units or want additional treatments?
Should you require more units or decide on extra treatments during your visit, you can easily purchase them on the same day. As a member, you’ll enjoy these additional units at our exclusive membership rates.
Can I share my membership benefits with others?
Your membership is exclusively yours, ensuring personalized care tailored to your needs. As such, it’s not possible to transfer units or treatments to others.
Will my credit card information be stored?
Your security is our priority. Our payment provider Stripe are world renowned for their Security. We will not hold any of your credit card details, this is managed by Stripe. Stripe encrypts sensitive data both in transit and at rest. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting primary account numbers (PANs), such as credit card numbers, runs in a separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with the rest of our services. - Your banked credits are yours to keep—they never expire.
