Terms and Conditions of Sale – Luxe Appearance Limited

Your purchase and use of products and services through luxeappearance.co.nz are governed by the following terms and conditions. By utilizing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions of sale.

**Booking Terms:**

Please inform our staff of any health issues, allergies, or medications you are taking.

**Treatment Cancellation Policy:**

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies, with a non-refundable fee equal to half the service cost. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

**Security:**

Our shopping cart is secure. Payment details are entered on the Stripe secure hosted payment page. Sensitive information is transmitted via PCI certified payment services by Stripe.

**Pricing:**

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, inclusive of 15% GST. Prices may change without notice, and accepted orders will be honored at the displayed price during order placement.

**Payment:**

We accept Visa, and Mastercard. Goods are dispatched after full payment is received and cleared. Luxe Appearance Limited reserves the right to review and/or cancel orders with unverified information.

**Cancellation of Orders: **

Most orders ship within 48 hours. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to Luxe Appearance Limited’s discretion.

**Returns and Exchanges:**

Inspect goods upon receipt. Returns are accepted only for undamaged packaging and attached tags. No returns or exchanges for sale items. Return requests must be emailed to contact@luxeappearance.co.nz within ten days.

**Receiving a Refund:**

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods meeting quality checks. Notification is sent to the registered email address. Luxe Appearance Limited may refuse a refund for items returned in used or damaged condition.

**Availability of Products:**

We strive to maintain stock levels, but delays may occur. In such cases, customers will be informed of delays and offered alternatives or the option to place the product on backorder.

**Product Specifications:**

Product specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but variations may occur.

**Limitation of Liability:**

Our liability for any claim, damages, or loss related to supplied goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you. Luxe Appearance Limited is not liable for any indirect or special damages.

**Force Majeure:**

Luxe Appearance Limited is excused from performance obligations under “force majeure” circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

**Law and Jurisdiction:**

This website and purchase contracts are governed by New Zealand law and subject to New Zealand courts’ jurisdiction.

**Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:**

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to product supply. Customers warrant excluding liability under the CGA if reselling Consumer Products.
